Smokin' J
Smokin' J AKA Justin, a grassroots grill cook from NZ has been grinding over open fires throughout Europe and the Americas, chasing the seasons for as long as he can remember. Most recently a summer resident of the Algarve, Portugal.
With a rapport for cooking over a naked flame, his articulate understanding of fire and temperature have taken him on a low 'n' slow journey that has become part of daily life and discovery.
"Coming home with my young daughter I look forward to reconnecting with Barbecue and local communities who on my travels have been my home-away-from-home over the years."
